What Exactly Is

Microblading and Permanent Makeup? (PMU)

Microblading and Permanent makeup is a cosmetic process that uses micropigmentation (tattooing) to enhance the color and shape of your facial features. It involves a certified and licensed microblading artist using a hand held tool with a very fine needle grouping to draw individual hairs, creating the illusion of full and perfectly shaped beautiful eyebrows. The daily benefits include reducing—or even eliminating—your everyday makeup routines saving you time. If you are very active, if you have lost hair or lip color due to aging, medical issues or are sensitive to traditional makeup, permanent makeup is a great option.

What Our Clients Say

Clients Reviews

It takes approximately 7-14 days for the brows to heal over, and about 1 month for the color to fully set in.

If it is performed properly, microblading should last anywhere between 18 and 24 months. Once pigment from the procedure begins to noticeably fade, you’ll need to come back for a “touch-up” application. Touch-ups can be necessary every six months or every year, depending on your skin type and preferred look.

We use a topical anesthetic so there is very little discomfort. Most clients say the discomfort is a 3 out of 10 and many relax into sleep during the procedure!

The cost of a touch up depends on the length of time since your previous treatment. The longer the time, the more pigment has likely faded, the more work needs to be done to touch up your brows. We will review all pricing with you in your consultation! :-)

Microblading is done in two sessions to complete. The first takes 2 – 2 1/2 hours. In the first session, we do client consultation, the brow is designed and styled to the client’s preference, and pigment is applied.

The second appointment is a touch up scheduled 6 – 8 weeks later.

This allows enough time for the ink in the epidermis to naturally slough off, and the color to settle into your skin and for your skin to completely heal.
